A component assessment of governance under concentrated wealth and power
Prepared for Dr. Jerry D. Smith Jr., PsyD; Breakthrough Psychological Solutions, P.L.L.C.
This integrative conceptual white paper assesses the evidence foundations of Reality Contact Architecture, the governance ecology through which consequential information, disagreement, correction, independent judgment, and authenticated reality can reach and influence decision-makers operating under concentrated wealth, status, family authority, or institutional power. It examines nine proposed domains: principal receptivity, upward voice, status filtering, source diversity, delegated judgment, informal influence, feedback credibility, decision memory, and reality authentication. The analysis connects relevant research traditions while distinguishing evidence for component mechanisms from validation of the integrated framework. It identifies counterexamples, rival explanations, boundary conditions, 14 candidate indicators, 10 testable hypotheses, and a staged research agenda. It offers an evidence-informed foundation for further investigation without claiming demonstrated RCA efficacy.

Component evidence supports inquiry into RCA. Integrated architecture, indicators, causal effects, and generalizability require empirical testing. This paper is a conceptual synthesis and research agenda, not a peer-reviewed validation study.
